From the moment of client payment until the order arrives at our Estonian office (Jõhvi city), it takes 7 to 21 days. The long delivery times for books are due to queues at the border for cargo transport from Russia to the European Union. These queues are related to EU sanctions and are beyond our control.
Books from the “Warehouse Sale” section are located at the office warehouse in Jõhvi (Estonia) and can be immediately issued or sent to the client. If books from the “Warehouse Sale” section are combined in one order with books from the general catalog, the order is sent when it is fully formed. After processing, orders are dispatched across Estonia and to other EU countries using the delivery method chosen by the client. These delivery times depend on the terms of the chosen postal service!
Attention! During public holidays, Kniga24 services work without days off to form and dispatch orders, but postal services operate according to their own schedules, and their usual delivery times may be extended. This particularly applies to Christmas and New Year holidays.
