1. Adding items to the Cart
To add the desired item to your shopping list, use the “Add to Cart” button located next to the item name. The process is similar to shopping in a regular online store.
2. Placing and reviewing the order
When you are ready to make a purchase, go to the Cart. Carefully check the selected items and their quantities to avoid errors. If necessary, you can adjust the quantity or remove items directly from the cart.
3. Considering item availability
Pay attention to the item’s availability status, which is indicated on the product card and when confirming the order in the Cart:
- “In stock”: The item is available and ready for dispatch.
- “On order”: The item requires additional time for delivery from partners.
Important: If your order contains items with “On order” status, the dispatch of the entire order will be delayed until it is fully assembled (i.e., until all ordered items have arrived). To avoid delivery delays, we strongly recommend placing “In stock” items and “On order” items in separate orders.
We do not provide services for adding items to an already created order or moving items between different orders.
4. Authorization and delivery
When placing your first order, you need to authorize on the website: use your existing account details on www.kniga24.ee or register.
For subsequent orders, you will be offered to choose one of the available delivery methods:
- Pickup (INFORING MEDIA OÜ offices).
- SmartPost or OMNIVA parcel lockers.
- At the order confirmation stage, you will be able to choose all delivery methods available for your region.
5. Item out of stock notification
If the book you are interested in is temporarily out of stock at www.kniga24.ee, you can request a notification of its arrival. To do this, send a free-form request to the email address: info@kniga24.ee.
